What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For ODM and OEM projects, our MOQ is 200 pieces per style. For private label (in-stock styles with branding), MOQ is 30 pieces per style. Wholesale stock orders have no minimum. Need lower? Contact us to discuss.
How long does sampling take?
First sample: 7–10 working days. Revision samples: 3–5 days. We offer up to 3 revision rounds before bulk production. Private label samples (if needed) ship within 5 days.
Can I use LYCRA®/CREORA® materials in my OEM/ODM project?
Absolutely. As a LYCRA® certified partner, all three LYCRA technologies — Premium Stretch Fiber, PolyTHF™ High Elastic, and Freeflex™ Soft Nude — are available for your project. We’ll recommend the best option based on your product category.
What is the typical production lead time?
ODM projects: 45–60 days from sample approval. OEM: 35–50 days. Private label: 2–4 weeks. Wholesale stock: 3–7 days. Express delivery available for urgent orders.
Do you provide sample shipping/freight?
Sample shipping is generally at the client’s cost (express courier). We cover the sample production fee for serious inquiries. Bulk production freight is quoted based on FOB, CIF, or DDP terms.
What quality certifications do you have?
ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (chemical safety), and LYCRA®/CREORA certified partner. We also offer BSCI social compliance auditing upon request.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We welcome factory visits. Our facility is located in Yiwu, ZhengJiang province. We can arrange airport pickup, factory tour, and meeting with our production team. Virtual tours via video call are also available.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. T/T (wire transfer) and L/C are accepted. Long-term partnerships may qualify for adjusted terms.
