What is the MOQ for custom fabric sourcing?
Fabric MOQ typically starts at 300 kg per colorway for stock programs and 500 kg for custom development. Trims follow garment MOQ (100–300 pcs per colorway). We can usually find a lower-MOQ alternative fabric that matches your spec if you are launching small.
Can you source a specific fabric I already use?
Yes. Send us a swatch or spec sheet and we will reverse-engineer it — composition, GSM, finish and supplier region — then quote a comparable or better alternative from our mill network.
How long does fabric sourcing and sampling take?
Stock fabrics: 2–3 days for swatches. Custom development: 2–4 weeks to lab dips and development samples, depending on mill schedule and finish complexity.
Do you provide certified fabrics for EU/US markets?
Yes — OEKO-TEX®, GRS, GOTS and bluesign® documentation is available on request, and LYCRA® / CREORA® certified yarn programs are our standard offering for activewear.
Can you develop an exclusive fabric just for my brand?
That is our specialty. We develop proprietary handfeel, performance and sustainable collections with your brand name, and the exclusive fabric stays yours — it is not resold to other brands.
