Can I order a sample before placing a wholesale order?
Yes, you can request samples before committing to a wholesale order. Pre-production samples follow the same process as bulk production. A sample fee (typically $50–$100 depending on style) and shipping charges apply. The sample fee is refundable upon confirmation of a production order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per design per color. However, we offer flexible MOQ options for startups and emerging brands — as low as 50–100 pieces for select stock fabrics. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What is the typical lead time?
Sample development: 7–10 working days. Bulk production: 25–35 working days depending on order complexity and quantity. We provide real-time production updates throughout the process.

We reply to all inquiries within 1–2 hours during working hours (GMT+8).
Do you accommodate rush orders?
Yes, rush orders can be arranged. Please specify the rush requirement when placing your order. A rush fee calculated on a per-day basis applies. Rush requests after order submission are subject to production schedule availability.

Orders can be canceled within 3 days of deposit payment at no charge. If production has already started beyond that window, a cancellation charge of 40% of the order value applies.

We offer comprehensive packaging solutions: custom polybags, branded tissue paper, woven main labels, care labels (FTC/EU compliant), high-density embossed hangtags, and custom-sized master cartons. Retail-ready presentation is available upon request.
